This Special Formula was created by Mr. Denis Noel of Noelville Ltd. in Grenada, West Indies. Years of trial and working with as many people as he could find to perfect his proprietary formula, Mr. Noel received the title of Dr. Spray.
It is easy to apply Nut-Med™ to the area. The fragrance is delightful, but doesn’t linger. The oils are the lightest oils found and penetrate the skin to do their work. There is no oily residue and no staining of material. This product is not tested on animals and the nutmeg used is sustainably grown.

I used this product for excruciating sciatica pain when nothing else worked...It was remarkable!!! I got relief 20 mins after applying which lasted all day!!! It's unbelievable!!! Thank you Nutmed!!!

We found out about this product in 2017 found a gal named Dot that sold it in a tiny store in Grenada. My knees were really hurting Could barely walk, bought it and WOW instantaneous my pain went away Been buying it on line ever since and we have told many people about it with various issues and each one can’t believe it My sons back nothing would give him relief until we gave him a bottle ! Great product !

My husband and I have been using this product for years, well over 10. It is fast acting for pulled muscles and arthritic pain. NUT-MED spray is better than anything we have in Canada, we have been coming back with 6-10 bottles every time we visit Grenada. We have given the product to family and friends for years. This year, while in the process of trying to arrange with family to courier some from Grenada, we discovered we could order it online from the USA, we are so glad about this. The order process was simple and the product arrived within the specified deadline. We are so thankful for this product and simply can't live without it! I have found almost instant relief from substantial muscle strains . This product will relieve pain for a limited period often allowing recipients to gain natural sleep painlessly where natural healing can take place. Should be in every one first aid box

I’ve used Nut-Med ever since I found it the first time I was on Grenada. I’ve made sure to pick up more every time we got back. I use it on any area of my body that hurts and it makes the pain go away within minutes. It’s the only way I can get a full night’s sleep! My husband finally tried it and discovered the same thing (and he’s not easy to convince!). I’ve recommended it to friends and even brought some back for them. I’m so happy to find a mail-order option so I can keep using Nut-Med even when travel is not possible.

We purchased while on a cruise in Grenada. It really works fantastic. Use the spray on hard to reach places and the cream everywhere I have muscle pain. Takes care of the pain almost instantly. Sometimes a second rub in when pain a little worse, but always takes it away. Highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you
