This Special Formula was created by Mr. Denis Noel of Noelville Ltd. in Grenada, West Indies. Years of trial and working with as many people as he could find to perfect his proprietary formula, Mr. Noel received the title of Dr. Spray.
It is easy to apply Nut-Med™ to the area. The fragrance is delightful, but doesn’t linger. The oils are the lightest oils found and penetrate the skin to do their work. I’ve used Nut-Med ever since I found it the first time I was on Grenada. I’ve made sure to pick up more every time we got back. I use it on any area of my body that hurts and it makes the pain go away within minutes. It’s the only way I can get a full night’s sleep! My husband finally tried it and discovered the same thing (and he’s not easy to convince!). I’ve recommended it to friends and even brought some back for them. I’m so happy to find a mail-order option so I can keep using Nut-Med even when travel is not possible.

We purchased while on a cruise in Grenada. It really works fantastic. Use the spray on hard to reach places and the cream everywhere I have muscle pain. Takes care of the pain almost instantly. Sometimes a second rub in when pain a little worse, but always takes it away. Highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you

This was my second time of ordering Nut-Med online from home. We'd originally purchased it in Grenada as "an obligatory" purchase when our guide stopped for shopping. This stuff is really great! After a strenuous day, rub it on the muscles and it helps me sleep through the night. So glad it's available online. Cheaper than a cruise :-)

Arthritic shoulders keep me awake at night. The only thing that reduces the pain sufficiently to allow sleep is Nut-Med spray. A friend who is native to Grenada sympathized with my inability to sleep and had a relative send me a couple of bottles from the island. It's literally been a life saver.

I love Nutmed. I met a man (one of the founders) on a plane years ago coming from Granada after hurricane Ivan I think. I was coming from Barbados. Anyway we got talking about Grenada and the nutmeg fields and then told me about nutmed. He gave me a bottle he had on his person which I am eternally grateful for. He told me the results were cumulative and he was so right. I have been using it for years and given it to others who also swear by it. As I get older well lets just say I use it in more places all the time. It is the only thing that has helped me throbbing heals, my hip, back hands etc. and lets me get to sleep. I would bath in it if I could. My young nephew who had really bad lyme one year and now suffers with joint pain calls it a miracle. So he always get some in his stocking. Try it you will not be disappointed.
