This Special Formula was created by Mr. Denis Noel of Noelville Ltd. in Grenada, West Indies. Years of trial and working with as many people as he could find to perfect his proprietary formula, Mr. Noel received the title of Dr. Spray.
It is easy to apply Nut-Med™ to the area. The fragrance is delightful, but doesn’t linger. The oils are the lightest oils found and penetrate the skin to do their work. There is no oily residue and no staining of material. This product is not tested on animals and the nutmeg used is sustainably grown.

I was first introduced to NutMed when I was on a cruise and visiting a Nutmeg factory on Grenada. This particular day I had the beginnings of a migraine creeping up the back of my head, and radiating from my neck. When leaving the factory I went through the gift shop area. The shop keeper asked if I’d like to give NutMed a try. I though what have I got to lose? She sprayed the product on the back of my neck and with in minutes the pain in my neck and head subsided. I bought a couple of bottles. I’ve been using and reordering it every since ! Love it !

I have been a neuromuscular therapist for 33 years and to say "I know pain" is an understatement. My hands and knees suffer immensely, being on my feet for ten hours a day. I had tried all the pain rubs and sprays on the market and nothing helped. Then I discovered NUT-MED and the pain was gone. I thought I was going to have to quit doing therapy but this product has saved my career! I am still going strong and use it on my patients and also make it available to them. They love it. I love it. Thank you for discovering this wonderful remedy.

I was told about Nut Mede when I was in Grenada. At that time I had a knee problem I bought one container there at the store and have been buying it sense when I run out. Not for the knee but for the sore back or hip. Makes life happier not to be continually in pain.

Been using the product for about a year after my father gave me a bottle. Felt relief of pain and muscle aches overnight. Didn't use anything else to relief the pain. So I continue my relief from this product. Smells great too.

We found this when we were visiting Grenada . We only bought 1 bottle at the time not knowing if it worked or no. Well it works great for the wife and I on our lower back pain. We have reordered this product twice. We recommend this product

I truly cannot live without Nut-Med. I supply no less than 5 bottles in my stash. I read some of the reviews and nod my head at all of them! I give bottles to my friends who are in pain and they never forget who put pain relief in their lives! While standing in line at the post office in St Thomas, an elderly local lady was inching her way to a table to address her small package. I got out of line and asked her what was wrong. Her back. I offered to spray her with Nut-Med and she agreed and we walked around the corner so she could lift her garment. A few minutes later she came around the corner walking proudly with a huge smile to the line I was standing in and said she was in no pain and could pick up her purse without tears of pain! Three people in line bought some of the 36 bottles I had purchased with my physical therapist! I gave the lady the bottle I always carry with me. My second review and still stand by them 100%
